ShadowDark Character Sheet

I found a wonderful character sheet online but it seemed only available in print, so I decided to remake the sheet (with a few changes to suit my needs) and release here. Enjoy! 

Update: A few people pointed out a few additions they would like so I have incorporated them into a version 2 and uploaded the files.
